KCS HEALTH PTY LTD in Thomastown, Victoria, is seeking an experienced meat worker to join our boning room team. You will bone beef and calf carcasses to our standards and deliver clean, accurate cuts with robust attention to weight and presentation.

You must have proven boning experience, excellent knife skills, and the ability to work in a cold workplace while maintaining hygiene and safety. Reliability, punctuality and teamwork are essential.
