You will contribute to weddings, conferences, events and dining operations, gaining experience across both venues in a beautiful wine country setting.

We welcome applicants with a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and experience in wide-ranging kitchen styles. Flexible schedule and cross-property exposure offer a agile, supportive team environment.
