Our client in Sydney is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee Design & Construct current build projects up to $10 million. This hands-on role requires taking ownership from pre-construction through to handover within a cooperative team workplace.
The ideal candidate will have proven PM experience in commercial construction, a track record delivering $2–$10m projects, and strong commercial/contractual understanding with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
