Argo Natural Resources is seeking an ERZ Controller Lead/Undermanager to lead from the front and ensure protected, compliant, productive underground operations in Queensland. This hands-on role includes supervision of Deputies and Supervisors, resource coordination, and statutory oversight.

You will drive safety and performance, mentor teams, and make decisive operational decisions in a fast-paced mining environment. A solid leadership presence and explicit communication are essential.
