The Cranford Club is looking for a qualified Level 2 Swim Teacher to join our friendly and supportive team. Whether you're inspiring a child to swim independently for the first time or helping an adult develop their technique, you'll play a key role in helping people feel better and get more out of life.

What you'll be doing
Delivering engaging, secure and enjoyable swimming lessons to children and adults.
Supporting swimmers of all abilities to develop confidence and achieve their goals.
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Ensuring lessons are delivered in line with health and safety requirements.
Helping maintain the high standards of our swim programme.

What we're looking for




A Level 2 ASA/Swim England or STA Swimming Teacher qualification.
Experience delivering swimming lessons to a range of age groups and abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A positive, enthusiastic and qualified approach.
A genuine passion for teaching and helping others succeed.
