Rippling is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations for Australia and Current Zealand, supporting ~1,000 employees across weekly, fortnightly, and monthly cycles. You will balance hands-on delivery with team leadership in a rapid-paced, global pharmaceutical workplace.

Reporting to the finance leadership, you will drive process improvements, ensure compliance, oversee superannuation and PAYG, and collaborate with HR and finance to optimise systems such as Dayforce.
