This is a front of house role covering reception and general motel duties in a busy, high occupancy property at a boutique motel with 33 rooms located in Cairns.
Key responsibilities
Greeting and checking guests in and out
Managing bookings, phone calls and enquiries
Handling payments and basic admin
Assisting with general motel duties as needed
Providing friendly, helpful service to guests
About you
Previous reception experience preferred (motel, hotel or similar an advantage)
Friendly, skilled manner with valuable communication skills
Reliable and able to work independently
Confident with basic computer systems and cash handling
Available for some weekend shifts
