Sacks Legal Recruitment is seeking a Legal Counsel for a broad commercial and regulatory in-house role within an ASX-listed organisation. You will provide pragmatic advice across commercial contracts, financial services regulation, consumer credit, marketing and governance.

You will report to the General Counsel, translating complex issues into transparent guidance, supporting ASX governance, and working with senior stakeholders to balance commercial aims with regulatory compliance.
