Wow Recruitment is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in Sydney CBD to support customers through their hearing journey. You’ll provide guidance and outstanding service over the phone and via email, with full training and explicit career pathways. Monday–Friday hours and a up-to-date CBD office are offered, with no weekend work.

This role suits candidates from customer service, healthcare, hospitality or similar backgrounds who enjoy building relationships and helping people achieve positive outcomes.
