BelgraviaPRO on South Stradbroke Island is seeking an experienced Café Supervisor to manage the in office café full time. The role focuses on creating warm hospitality, delivering excellent coffee, and leading a hands-on front-of-house team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

You will supervise front-of-house operations, oversee daily service, maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness, and contribute to staff scheduling and safety.
