Culture Amp is seeking a seasoned People Scientist to lead HR survey design and insights for enterprise clients. You will partner with HR leaders to shape feedback strategies, analyze results, and elevate client culture and performance across organisations.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of advisory experience, robust data skills, and a Master’s in a related field. This is a mid- to senior-level, 12-month fixed-term role based in Australia.
