KUON Omakase in Surry Hills is seeking a sushi chef to join our close-knit team. The role covers sushi preparation in front of customers, basic food prep, customer service, and serving drinks. We offer both full time and casual prospects with flexible schedule from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Tuesday to Sunday.

Compensation begins at $79,000+ per year for full-time, dependent on experience. Applicants should have hospitality or restaurant experience, be able to multitask, and take initiative.
