Neara, a company building a physics based 3D digital twin of the electricity network, seeks a director in grid connections. The role requires steering connection studies, negotiations with developers and utilities, and credible dialogue with engineers and executives.

You will lead use of AI and simulation to speed screening, scenario testing and document handling, while applying engineering judgement to risk and decisions that affect the grid.
