Seventy Eight on Rundle in Kent Town is seeking an experienced Barista / Duty Manager to join our busy cafe and wine bar. You will prepare exceptional coffee, manage the machine during peak times, and help lead daily operations with a focus on service excellence.

You’ll oversee staff, support customer relationships, handle cash at opening/closing, and assist with stock, while upholding food safety and presentation standards. A positive attitude and solid work ethic are essential.
