Essential Nursing and Disability Services seeks an experienced Service Delivery Lead to oversee daily clinical and non-clinical operations across SIL and community supports. You will ensure protected, person-centred care aligned with NDIS plans, working with managers, teams and stakeholders.

Lead clinical governance, coaching and performance, while maintaining compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards. AHPRA registration and a current driver’s license are essential for this in office leadership role.
