Urban Grounds Café in Toowoomba is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership team on a permanent full time basis. You will work closely with the Head Chef to support daily kitchen operations, maintain high food quality, and lead kitchen staff in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

You will play a key role in ensuring effective service, secure food handling, and fostering a positive, professional team culture while upholding our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
