Duties may include:
Update and maintain database.
Answering emails and phone calls and using Zendesk customer software.
Work closely with team members to provide an overall positive customer experience.
Training and guidance will be provided.

Our Ideal Candidate:
Some experience in administration or customer service is preferred
Team Player with a versatile and positive 'can do' attitude
Great communication skills, self motivated and enjoy learning
A PADI diver or instructor is a plus but not essential

Full-time permanent position Monday - Friday office hours
Rostered Day Off (RDO) every 3 weeks.
