Pointer Strategy is looking for an Account Growth Specialist to own warm prospects from first contact to revenue in our Melbourne fintech scale-up. You’ll manage the customer journey, from onboarding to adoption, with a focus on commercial outcomes.

This role blends inbound and outbound work, with real growth potential as we scale in Australia and the US. Base salary of 65k–80k AUD plus uncapped OTE 110k–140k.
