City People Solutions is seeking an experienced Citrix L3 Engineer / Technical Lead to provide advanced support, leadership, and engineering expertise across Citrix, VDI and Azure settings. The role emphasizes platform stability, Major Incident resolution, and governance within an ITIL framework.

You will mentor L1/L2 teams, drive service improvements, and collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery of recent solutions while automating repetitive tasks with PowerShell.
