Splice Internet in Morwell is hiring a Customer Support Specialist on a hybrid, full time basis. You’ll help customers with connections, outages, and billing, working Tue–Sat across an 38-hour week. Training starts Monday–Friday during the initial weeks.

You’ll ensure support information stays accurate by updating Zendesk macros and Help Centre articles, and assist with process improvements. Join a rapid-growing regional telco.
