Venue Support Officer | Emerald Star Hotel Motel | Dream big with us!

We are offering a full time position with 38 hours per week, with flexible working hours available for the right candidate.
A day in the life of a Venue Support Officer:
Complete daily point-of-sale reconciliations and balance financial records
Maintain accurate employee records, training files, and venue databases
Manage stock control, assist with stocktakes, and identify cash or stock variances
Ensure all team member visa obligations, compliance, and audit standards are met
Review venue-generated sales reports and share feedback with key management
Support the venue team on the floor during peak trading hours
