Job Title : Residential Cleaner (Casual) Location : Doreen & Surrounds

About Fresh Nest Co : We don’t just clean homes; we reset them. Fresh Nest Co is a premium local home care service based in Doreen. We are known for our calming, natural aesthetic and our ability to turn a busy house into a sanctuary. We are growing and looking for a current team member who takes pride in creating spaces that feel as positive as they look.

The Role : We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to join us on a casual basis. You will be visiting our clients' homes to provide high-quality cleaning services, ensuring their spaces are left spotless, serene, and inviting.

Who You Are (The Values) : You aren't just looking for another job; you actually care about the result. To fit in with the Fresh Nest Co team, you embody our core values:
The Fresh Nest Touch : You take genuine pride in the finish. You have an eye for the little details like the straightened cushion, the streak-free mirror, and the perfectly made bed because you know those small touches make the biggest difference.
Trust & Warmth : You are entering people's private homes. You are trustworthy, friendly, and treat every space with the respect you would treat your own.
Natural & Calm :

You work efficiently but with a calm demeanor. You understand that our brand is about reducing stress for our clients, creating a sense of ease from the moment they walk through the door.

What You’ll Do :
General residential cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchens).
Deep cleaning tasks as required (ovens, windows, skirting boards).
Maintaining our high aesthetic standards (staging tidiness, ensuring the home feels "reset").
Communicating effectively with the team and clients.
Throw on a podcast or your favourite music and really enjoy what you do.

What We Need From You :
Previous cleaning experience is preferred (but the right attitude is essential).
A valid driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle.
A current Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
Availability for casual shifts (please list your general availability).
A genuine love for organization and cleanliness.

Why Join Us?
Work with a supportive, local business that values quality.
Competitive casual rates.
A lovely client base in the Doreen area.

Job Type : Casual

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
