Galileo Search is building AI delivery pods for medium to large Australian organisations. Each pod is six specialists working full time as one team inside the business: integrating AI into the systems people already use, mapping recent ways of working division by division, and making AI the first way the work gets done. Every position in the pod depends on the other five.

Your position: the pod's eyes on the ground. You find where AI changes the work.

What you will deliver

• Maps of how work really flows in each division, built with the people who do it: volumes, handling times, handoffs, decisions, the data they touch and the exceptions.

• A explicit call on every step: give it to an agent, assist the person with AI, fix the process first, or leave it alone.

• The current way of working, written so engineers can build it and managers can run it.

• Before-and-after measures,



so the pod can prove what changed.

What you bring

• Senior business analysis or process improvement across more than one business unit in a medium or large organisation.

• Process work that led to AI or automation going live in production.

• The confidence to tell a room that the process, not the technology, is the problem.

• Backgrounds that fit: Lean or Six Sigma, intelligent automation, process mining, service design.
