The ideal candidate is a senior financial qualified with a background in manufacturing within a multi-jurisdictional group of companies. You will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis (FP&A;), financial reporting, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. You will work closely with the CEO and the executive team on decisions

about the company
's financial strategy and operations, and bring a robust foundation in both finance and management.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to the CEO
• Support financial planning and analysis (FP&A;) efforts
• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
• Prepare financial statements and management reports
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all financial functions
• Manage relationships with banks and other key advisors Qualifications
• Solid analytical skills with a finance focus
• 7–10 years of finance experience
• CPA, CA or MBA preferred, but not required.
