Key responsibilities include:
Invoice processing and payment administration
Cash management
Account reconciliations
Shipping coordination and documentation
General bookkeeping and accounting support
Office administration and office management
Travel and visitor arrangements
Executive support to management
IT coordination
The role may also involve some Trade Assistant duties; however, this will be a relatively small component of the position.
You:
Practical accounting knowledge by study or bookkeeping experience, solid attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
More than 1 year unlimited work rights such as graduate visa, Partner,
Permanent Resident, Australia Citizen
Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system would be highly regarded.
Japanese language skills would also be an advantage, although they are not essential.
