We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join a well-established and growing practice located in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys end-to-end file management and working in a supportive, client-focused environment.

About the Role

You will manage a busy and varied conveyancing caseload from instruction through to settlement, working closely with clients, agents, lenders, and internal stakeholders. Matters will include both residential and some off-the-plan transactions.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-end management of residential and some commercial conveyancing files
Preparing and reviewing contracts of sale and Section 32 statements
Liaising with clients, real estate agents, banks, and solicitors
Managing settlements via PEXA
Conducting searches and ensuring compliance with Victorian conveyancing requirements
File management, billing, and general administrative support

About You




Proven experience as a Conveyancer managing your own files
Strong understanding of Victorian conveyancing processes and legislation
Confident communicator with robust client service skills
Highly organised with robust attention to detail
Able to work autonomously and manage competing deadlines
