to discuss.We are working with a well-established engineering company based in Nelson looking to add an experienced Tradesperson to their team. Ideally, you will be a trade-qualified Heavy Fabricator or Fitter/Turner , with strong practical skills and a solid work ethic.
This is a great opportunity to join a supportive workshop team with consistent hours and a competitive pay rate.

Key Responsibilities:
General engineering and fabrication work
Reading and interpreting technical drawings
Assembly, fitting, and fabrication of components
Workshop-based work with occasional on-site tasks
Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and safety

What We’re Looking For:
Trade qualification in Heavy Fabrication, Fitting & Turning , or similar
Heavy Transport Engineering background would an advantage




Experience in a general engineering or fabrication workshop
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
