About the role

We are partnering with an exciting HR consulting business that is already building strong momentum and a growing client base. This is a rare opportunity for an HR professional to join at an early stage and play a meaningful role in shaping the future of the business. Based in Moorabbin, this role would suit someone who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment and is excited with the prospect of working with multiple clients. The successful candidate will bring Employee Relations knowledge as well as a varied HR background.

This position would suit an HR professional seeking a long-term opportunity to help build something from the ground up, while working with multiple clients rather than just within one business.

Responsibilities include:
Partner with businesses to deliver practical, people-focused HR solutions
Provide trusted advice across Employee Relations and complex people matters
Performance management, investigations,



disciplinary processes and terminations
Support clients with workplace policies, procedures and compliance
Build strong, team-oriented and trusted relationships with clients
Contribute to the growth of the consultancy through high-quality service and shared success

Skills & Experience
Strong experience in HR and Employee Relations
A versatile and adaptable mindset suited to a growing business
Highly skilled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Takes ownership and pride in delivering excellent outcomes for clients
