Allroad Group is looking for experienced Traffic Control Team Leaders (TLs) for major infrastructure projects across Sydney and the Greater Sydney region.

These are safety-critical assignments on NSW state roads, highways and major infrastructure projects. We are building a reliable, high-performing team for complex traffic management work zones.

This role is strictly for experienced Traffic Control Team Leaders and is not suitable for entry-level applicants.

About You
Current NSW Traffic Controller (TCR) and Implement Traffic Control Plans (IMP) tickets
Prepare Work Zone (PWZ) ticket highly regarded
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
Proven experience as a Traffic Control Team Leader
Experience working on high-speed highways, major roads and infrastructure projects




Confidence reading and implementing Traffic Control Plans (TCPs) and Road Occupancy Licences (ROLs)
Robust leadership skills and ability to manage traffic control crews safely and efficiently
TMA experience highly regarded
Reliable, safety-focused and able to work independently
Must be available for Monday to Friday day shifts and some weekend work
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol (D&A;) test, as required by certain clients
