Part-Time E-commerce & Marketing Assistant

Sydney

Australian women’s fashion brand specialising in shapewear, activewear and swimwear. We’re looking for a reliable and organised Part time E-commerce & Marketing Assistant to join our small team.

Responsibilities:
Manage and update our Shopify store
Upload products, images, pricing and promotions
Create and schedule EDMs/email campaigns
Assist with Instagram, Facebook & TikTok
Basic Canva/content creation
Assist with order processing and management when required
Customer and wholesale enquiries
General e-commerce support
Assist with other office duties as required

About You:
Hands-on Shopify/e-commerce experience essential
Experience with EDM and social media
Organised, effective and able to work independently
Good communication and attention to detail
Fashion/retail experience is a bonus

Hours: Part time, approx. 2–3 days per week
Location: Sydney
