Operating daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, this agile practice workplace offers a consistent, highly structured setting focused on episodic acute care. The centre is integrated with an onsite general practice and pharmacy, backed by generous parking facilities, to create a streamlined, multidisciplinary care model that delivers exceptional, patient-centred treatment.

Practitioners benefit from total clinical autonomy alongside comprehensive operational backing, supported continuously by dedicated nursing teams, efficient administrative personnel, onsite practice management, and chronic disease management (CDM) resources. Doctors work in a collaborative, collegial workplace that fosters continuous career development (CPD), supervision opportunities,



and scope for expanding special interest areas within acute care medicine. To promote a healthy work-life balance, flexible scheduling arrangements allow clinicians to select full or half shifts across regular rostered hours, casual shifts, or ad hoc engagements.

Compensation is highly competitive with a tiered, guaranteed hourly rate structure: Monday to Friday before 6:00 pm ($250/hr), Monday to Friday after 6:00 pm ($275/hr), Weekends ($300/hr), and Public Holidays ($325/hr). Relocation assistance and lump-sum financial support are also available for eligible candidates moving to the region.
