About the Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Junior Performance Analyst to join a high-performing investment business experiencing robust growth across its portfolio of funds and investment solutions.

Working closely with experienced performance professionals, you'll develop specialist expertise in investment performance measurement, attribution analysis and portfolio reporting across a range of investment strategies. This role is ideally suited to an analytical graduate or early-career professional looking to establish a long-term career within funds management, investment operations or investment analytics.

You'll gain exposure to leading fund managers, institutional investment products and the broader investment industry while working in a collaborative and supportive environment focused on career development.

Key Responsibilities

Support the production of investment performance and attribution reporting
n
Conduct portfolio, benchmark and market data validation checks
n
Assist with client, consultant and fund manager reporting requirements
n
Respond to performance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders
n




Liaise with external investment data and market information providers
n

About You

n

n
Tertiary qualification in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Studies, Engineering or a related STEM discipline
n
Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities
n
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
n
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
n
Eagerness to build a long-term career within investment management
