About the role

Goldfields Campers & Caravans is looking for a Warranty & Parts Administrator to help manage customer enquiries, coordinate parts and support our workshop team. This is an important role in our after-sales service. You'll help customers understand what happens next, keep accurate records and make sure enquiries and parts orders keep moving. Based at our Maryborough business, you'll work closely with our sales, administration and workshop teams. The work is varied, and your organisation and communication will make a real difference to our customers and the day-to-day running of the business.

Key responsibilities
Responding to warranty and parts enquiries by phone and email
Collecting customer details, photos and information for assessment
Recording and tracking warranty claims, parts orders and job progress
Liaising with suppliers about parts availability, deliveries and claims
Ordering parts and coordinating their dispatch or collection
Working with the workshop team to organise parts for repairs




Keeping customers informed and following up outstanding matters
Maintaining accurate records of correspondence, approvals and costs

About you
Solid organisation skills and attention to detail
Explicit, friendly communication and a qualified phone manner
Confidence using email, spreadsheets and computer systems
The ability to manage several enquiries and prioritise tasks
A practical approach to solving problems and learning about products
Patience and professionalism when assisting customers with concerns
Reliability and the initiative to follow a job through to completion
Experience in administration, customer service, warranty processing or parts coordination would be highly regarded
A background in caravans, automotive, machinery or a similar industry would also be useful
