Job Title: Mobile Handyman - Retail & Commercial Facilities Maintenance
Location - Sydney Metro
Hourly rate - Up to $45/hr + Company Van + Fuel Card

An excellent prospect has become available for a trade-qualified Handyman to join a growing facilities maintenance team servicing a portfolio of retail and commercial assets.

This is a mobile role, providing a mix of planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites. You'll enjoy a varied workload, autonomy in your day-to-day activities, and the support of an established facilities management team.

Key Responsibilities:
Planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
Reactive repairs and general building maintenance
Minor carpentry, patching, painting and handyman works
Site inspections and condition reporting
Basic repairs across building fabric and facilities
Maintaining strong relationships with tenants and clients
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

About You:




Trade qualified (essential)
Previous experience within retail, commercial, or facilities maintenance environments
Solid problem-solving and fault-finding skills
Ability to work autonomously across multiple sites
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Current driver's licence
Well-presented and professional attitude
