Service Advisor / Administration Full Time Permanent

Ongmac Trading – Lismore, NSW

Are you an organised, customer-focused person who enjoys working in a quick-paced environment? Ongmac Trading is looking for a motivated Service Advisor / Administration team member to join our friendly team in Lismore.

This is a permanent position 38 hours per week with Saturdays 8.30am - 12pm on a rotating basis, Award wages and overtime rates apply where applicable.

About the Role

As the face of our service department, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day administration of our busy workshop.

Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming customers and managing service enquiries
Booking service appointments and coordinating workshop schedules
Preparing job cards, invoices and service paperwork
Keeping customers informed throughout the service process
Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
General reception and administrative duties
Liaising with technicians and the parts department to ensure smooth workshop operations

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.





Ideally, you'll have:
Previous administration, reception or customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
Confidence using computers and learning new systems
A positive attitude and robust attention to detail
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Experience in the automotive, agricultural machinery or service industry is an advantage but not essential, as training will be provided to the right candidate.
