Woolcott Land Services, a leader in land development services across Tasmania, is seeking a Junior or Experienced Town Planner to join their expanding team. This full time role offers adaptable location options and the chance to work on a variety of projects state-wide.
To be successful in this role you will require:
Town planning qualification or near completion of a suitable qualification
Experience with the Tasmanian Planning Scheme is an advantage
Experience in preparing planning application reports and advising on town planning matters
Ability to work proactively with clients and government entities
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently or with a team
Town planners with all varying degrees of experience are invited to apply.
