This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Early Years practitioner looking to secure a full time, long-term teaching position from January 2027. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting children at the beginning of their educational journey, creating a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating learning environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
Full responsibility for a Reception class
Planning, delivering and assessing learning in line with the EYFS Framework
Creating a protected, engaging and inclusive learning environment
Supporting children's academic, social and emotional development
Monitoring progress and maintaining accurate observations and assessments
Working closely with teaching assistants, colleagues and senior leaders
Building strong relationships with parents and carers
Contributing positively to the wider life of the school

The Ideal Candidate
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Full Enhanced DBS
Has experience teaching within Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), ideally Reception
Demonstrates a strong understanding of child development and the EYFS Framework
Confident in planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning opportunities
Has excellent classroom management and communication skills
Demonstrates a positive, nurturing and professional approach
Is reliable, committed and passionate about early years education
