Harvey Norman Gympie is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join the team and deliver Outstanding Service, Always! to customers. You will actively manage repairs and servicing, tag faulty products, and liaise with service agents while keeping the service database up-to-date.

You will also handle administration tasks, generate weekly repair/service reports, inform customers about stock arrivals and deliveries, and maintain a safety-conscious work workplace for a busy retail team.
