The role
We’re looking for a reliable kitchen hand who’s ready to get stuck in and provide hands-on support to the kitchen team.
You’ll:
Wash dishes, utensils, pots and pans.
Keep kitchen areas, equipment and floors clean.
Help with basic food prep as directed.
Help prepare meat and assist with all stages of the slow-smoking process.
Support the kitchen team during service and keep work areas organised.
Training will be provided in meat preparation and slow smoking.
What we’re looking for
Reliability and punctuality.
A practical approach and willingness to help.
Transparent communication and the ability to work with the team.
Willingness to follow instructions and food hygiene and safety procedures.
