Rydges Parramatta is seeking a hands-on Food and Beverage Duty Manager to lead day-to-day operations across the restaurant and bar, ensuring seamless guest experiences and adherence to brand standards.

You will coach and mentor the team, manage rosters, forecasts and budgets, monitor costs and quality, and respond to guest feedback to lift service levels.
