YMCA Queensland is seeking an Educational Leader for the OSHC team at The Gap on a permanent part time basis. You will lead inspiring, play-based programs that support children’s development and guide a team of educators to deliver high-quality care.

You will partner with families and schools to build a supportive network, ensure compliance, and foster an inclusive, team-oriented culture. Diploma in Children’s Services is desirable, with a focus on leadership and continuous improvement.
