We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our busy, close-knit private practice. The role involves working 2–3 days per week, including 1 in 4 Saturdays, with flexibility to provide additional cover for sick and annual leave and opportunity for additional shifts as required. You will work within a supportive, skilled and patient-focused team.
Key responsibilities
Triage patients and manage enquiries appropriately
Provide reception services in a busy clinical environment
About you
Previous private practice medical reception experience
Proven experience using Best Practice software
Experience working confidently in a busy clinical workplace
Solid problem-solving and organisational skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A cheerful, compassionate and professional manner
Strong team mentality and excellent communication skills
