We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive a positive, high-performing team culture within a practice in Karratha.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader with experience in healthcare, general practice, occupational health or a similar clinical environment.

About the Role
Lead and support a multidisciplinary clinic team
Oversee daily operations, rostering and workforce management
Drive exceptional client and patient service outcomes
Manage budgets, reporting and clinic performance
Ensure compliance with quality, safety and operational standards
Build strong relationships with staff, clients and key stakeholders

About You
Previous experience as a Practice Manager,



Clinic Manager or Healthcare Operations Manager
Strong leadership and people management skills
Experience within General Practice, Occupational Health or broader healthcare services highly regarded
Ability to lead teams, improve performance and drive positive culture
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
