Qspec Building Mobility Solutions is one of South East Queensland's leading home modification providers. We install grab rails, ramps and accessible bathrooms so older Australians and people living with disability or injury can stay safe and independent in their own homes.

We complete hundreds of jobs every month, and every one of them starts with a quote. That's where you come in.

About the role

Based in our Landsborough office, you'll prepare clear, accurate quotes for home modifications funded through NDIS, DVA, aged care and private clients. You'll:
Turn occupational therapist (OT) reports, photos and notes into itemised quotes
Use our pricing tools and templates so every quote is accurate and consistent
Talk with OTs and clients to clarify what's needed and follow up missing information
Keep jobs moving in AroFlo, our job management system
Learn alongside our experienced quoting team, who’ll support you every step of the way

You don't need a building background





We'll teach you the products, the terminology and the funding rules. What we're looking for is:
Solid administration experience and a sharp eye for detail
Transparent, friendly communication by phone and email
Someone who's comfortable with a steady, busy workload and likes ticking things off
Confidence with computers and picking up recent systems (AroFlo, SharePoint, Teams)
Curiosity about recent technology, including the AI tools we're using to make quoting smarter
