Overview of the role

Part time opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join a growing organisation located in Melbourne's inner northern suburbs.

Working 3 days per week and offering flexibility to work-from-home, the role will initially commence as a temporary assignment, with a strong potential for the role to become permanent for the right person.

This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable function within a project-based environment. Due to the nature of the position, Previous experience using Muli Management Software is essential.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-end accounts payable processing
High-volume invoice processing and data entry
Supplier statement reconciliations
Preparing and processing payment runs
Managing supplier queries and resolving discrepancies
Matching purchase orders, invoices and receipts
Maintaining supplier master data and records




Assisting with month-end processes
Liaising with internal stakeholders to obtain invoice approvals
General finance and administration support as required

About You
3+ years Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role
Must have experience using Muli Management Software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
A proactive, team-oriented approach
