Red Arrow Australia is seeking an experienced Leading Hand to manage gravels and pavement crews on a major southwest Queensland project. You will lead daily operations, ensure protected and compliant placement of materials, and coordinate with surveyors and quality teams.
Role includes 12-hour shifts, 7 days a week, with camp accommodation, meals, transport from pick-up points, and PPE supplied. Must have White Card and C class licence; national police clearance and medical may be required.
