About the role

We're looking for a passionate and motivated Head Chef or experienced Sous Chef who is ready to take ownership of the kitchen and help drive the next chapter of our award-winning venue.

Key responsibilities
Take ownership of the kitchen and lead kitchen operations
Deliver high-quality food and maintain consistency
Contribute to menu development, aligned with the venue's culinary vision
Lead and shape the kitchen operation

About you
Experience as a Head Chef, or is a Sous Chef ready to step up
Passionate about delivering high-quality food and maintaining consistency
Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills
Organised,



motivated, and proactive
Brings creativity and a willingness to contribute new ideas
Experience in a wine bar, modern bistro, or similar venue (preferred)
Holds full working rights in Australia
