Physio To You is seeking a dedicated Community Dietitian to join our growing team in Melbourne, VIC. This casual role provides the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of elderly clients by delivering high-quality in-home nutrition assessments and personalised dietary support.

What you'll be doing
Conducting comprehensive nutritional assessments with clients in their homes
Developing and implementing individualised nutrition care plans tailored to clients’ health goals and needs
Collaborating with clients, their families, and the wider multidisciplinary care team to support ongoing wellbeing
Providing education and practical dietary advice to improve health outcomes and independence
Maintaining accurate client records and documentation in accordance with regulatory and qualified standards
Adhering to all company policies,



procedures, and safety protocols

What we're looking for
Tertiary qualification in Dietetics or Nutrition and eligibility for Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) status
At least 2 years’ experience in community health, aged care, or a related setting
Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families
Confidence using digital health technologies and client management systems
A compassionate and client-centred approach to care
A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
