We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking and dedicated Common Area Cleaner to join our property management team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our residential apartment complex, ensuring all common areas are kept clean, tidy and welcoming for residents and visitors.

This is a outstanding prospect for someone seeking ongoing, long-term work in a professional and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout all common areas of the complex.
Clean and sanitise the gym, recreational facilities, swimming pools, BBQ areas and driveways.
Ensure all common areas are presented to a high standard at all times.
Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste appropriately.




Work independently and manage daily cleaning duties efficiently.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience (essential).
Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good time management and organisational skills.
Good communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
Must hold a valid Australian Business Number (ABN).
Current driver's licence (preferred).

Working Schedule
Monday to Friday.
Adaptable working hours.
Morning and daytime shifts available.
