We are expanding and looking for Junior and Senior Medical Receptionists to join our friendly teams across Eastwood, Surry Hills, and Kirribilli. Casual and part-time roles available.

About the Role
Welcome patients and manage front desk enquiries
Handle appointment bookings and patient records
Assist with general admin (filing, data entry, correspondence)
Support doctors, nurses, and the Practice Manager
Deliver excellent customer service every day

What We're Looking For
Senior: 1 year medical reception or customer service experience with opportunities to advance into a 2IC position.
Junior: Training provided
Solid communication and computer skills
Proficiency in Best Practice software is preferred but not essential
Reliable, professional,



and able to multitask
Genuine interest in healthcare and patient care
Team player with a positive attitude
Excellent phone manner
Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) with excellent verbal communication skills is preferred but not essential
Flexibility to work weekend shifts as required.
